Enjoy 360-degree mountain views and wildlife. On-site horse bording is available and horseback riding and camping are located nearby. A 5-star restaurant is on site and features a full bar. Doesn’t look like much from the outside except for it’s beautiful setting by the river in a stunning canyon! Such a pleasant surprise to open the door into a very clean , comfortable and pleasingly decorated cabin. And the on-site bar/restaurant is fantastic! Staff and service was awesome and the food delicious! Only recommendation would be to mark the “turnoff” from the highway better- cell service is minimal and you may not be able to get directions from the website and the entrance “sign” is barely noticeable. Thank you for a wonderful stay- wish it could have been longer!
Yellowstone National Park is 30 miles from this lodge. Free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen satellite TV is available in each guest room. A full hot breakfast is provided. Fantastic room for the family. Blown away by the space, décor and attention to detail. Very comfortable with kitchen included. Breakfast great and served in the main area which is also spacious and attractive. Great to sit outside room as there is a good view of the hills. Location ideal for visits into Yellowstone, 20 mins from Cody and the rodeo show and also near to Rand Creed Ranch which offers superb horse-riding treks. Overall, a wonderful stay - wish it could have been longer!
Trail Shop Inn offers rooms in Cody. All rooms boast a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom. The rooms in the inn are fitted with a coffee machine. While they didn't have a breakfast, they left juice, fruit & muffins in our room!! The entire inside of the cabin had been recently redone and was really nice. Location was awesome -- halfway between Cody & Yellowstone. Restaurant available for supper/dinner -- very nice.
Located adjacent to the Shoshone River and offering panoramic mountain views, this accommodations features a hot breakfast buffet and an on-site restaurant. Yellowstone National Park is 33 miles away.... Great location for Yellowstone national park and Cody. Very friendly and helpful staff in all areas. Bar was relaxed and welcoming, everyone was happy to chat to us and were genuinely interested in our adventures. The rom we had was in the motel section and was clean, very comfortable and had great views of the surrounding mountains and countryside.
Set in Wapiti in the Wyoming region, Wapiti Crossing offers accommodations with free private parking. The house is just amazing ! so cozy with such cool decor details and all amenities are there! Perfect place to stay surrounded by wild nature and have comfort at the same time! It takes about 1.5 hours to get there from Hidden Valley and it's better not to drive when it's dark but the house is so comfortable and relaxing! The host was absolutely nice and sweet and met us when we arrived late and showed everything! Surely , will choose this place again when travelling to Yellowstone !
Located in Wapiti, 16 mi from Cody, Eycat Lodging Company features a garden and free WiFi. The camping offers a barbecue. Amazing little establishment, sparkling clean cabin, warm bathroom which even had a massage chair and a huge TV! Coffee and muffins in the morning :) Also, the owners were really friendly and welcoming. They have some goats and 2 llamas, we got to feed them and had so much fun. The best place we've stayed in all trip , I cannot recommend it enough. Absolutely lovely! Thank you!
This was a very nice cabin. Clean, roomy, awesome view and location. Host was very helpful and kind. Nice appliances, especially the washer and dryer. The porches were great to sit on and enjoy scenery. Good hot water and great shower. I highly recommend this cabin.
The site is well planned, easy access, easy to find. Plenty of amenities on site. Shopping is only 20 minutes away and you can sleep....the quiet is wonderful. The staff are friendly and helpful....always willing to offer options.
Loved seeing hundreds of elk in surrounding fields! Mountain Sheep & Deer... We went last week of October and so we had snow but it was beautiful. Due to the weather the gas station and store wasn’t open but it was only about a 25min drive to Cody which had everything. I would pick staying in Wapiti over Cody because you are more immersed in nature verses being in a small city.
Remote, peaceful, located in the beautiful Shoshone National Forest, 30 minutes far from the eastern entrance of Yellowstone National Park. the place provide all basics you would need for pleasant vacation (gas, meals, accomodation ...). don't come for star ratings holidays, the richness is in the wild!
Wapiti is one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever traveled. Close to Yellowstone and away from the traffic. Trout fishing is amazing on the Shoshone River and there are miles of access points. This is a definite must see area in Wyoming.
This was a starting point every morning to go to Yellowstone National Park. It has a nice location to access the East Entrance and is not too far from Cody to go into town to eat at the selection of restaurants there. They do have a restaurant attached to the Lodge but my husband and I like to try out a variety of places when we are traveling.

The place is very nice and comfortable for relax vacations...we like much.
