The Daniella's Steakhouse which is the restaurant in the hotel is just the best. I took the tenderloin tips which a cup o Stag, cabernet Sauvignon which I recommend. Brian offered me a A1 service as a bartender and, his colleague Ally was super freindly, smiley, funny and, kind. I really feel like a usual known costumer and, I think it's the key to offer an awesome experience for the guests. The bed and the temperature in the room were perfect. I definitely will come back. The place smelled awesome when we went in. Loved the small bowl of fruits available as a welcome gesture. The rooms were obviously renovated which was really nice.

The hotel is located close to attractions like the Destiny USA, Carrier Dome sports stadium, the New York State Fairgrounds at the Empire Expo Center, Lakeview Amphitheater and Syracuse University.

I have a very strange perspective to offer here: my husband got food poisoning the day before we arrived, so he literally never left the room. He couldn't have asked for a better place to be holed up in. This may be a boutique hotel but we were stunned at how updated, clean and spacious the room was. It's the perfect marriage between "charming aesthetic" and "modern functionality." We arrived 2 hours before check-in but they let us into the room early; easy and free parking in the back; all food and coffee in the room and lobby was complimentary; the room's carpet was clean and plush; large, comfortable bed; modern & clean bathrooms; cable and streaming apps on the TV; precise and swift in-room control of heat/air. Plus, it's located just off the main street, so it's a 1 minute walk to downtown or a 3 minute walk to a CVS or grocery store. I enjoyed the proximity to town so I could pop in and out and explore; my husband enjoyed the comfy bed, wifi/TV, and modern bathroom!
