The staff at the front desk were courteous and accomodating. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The staff has been very kind , unlike other motels in the past year they actually care . Jamii at the front desk is awesome, totally helpful , she is an ace at customer service.

Location, outdoor pool, very new hotel with really nice and big almost apartment like rooms.

Marriott Philadelphia West is great for people doing business.

Very nice staff Modern, new, stylish hotel Nice garden and outdoor seating Good location in a nice and calm neigbourhood Very spacious room and bathroom Comfortable two queen beds and comfortable shower Room facing the courtyard was quiet Great restaurants in walking distance

Excellent location and really good breakfast. Only problem was the traffic noise which was quite bad from the main road

The staff was excellent, polite and helpful. I asked for an extra blanket as I was cold and it was delivered to me within 10 minutes. The lady who checked me in was pleasant and friendly. The shower was spacious and easy to operate. I thought the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of hot and cold items. I particularly liked the choice of nuts and fruit to add to my cereal. The coffee was good and toast or bagels available with a variety of spreads. I could not have asked for more!

Nice new looking hotel and the young woman at the front desk was super nice and helpful!

I enjoy the breakfast. And the location was great.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was amazing. I requested a room with a tub after we arrived and they were able to accommodate us. The checked in with us throughout the visit via phone messages. They could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was incredible. They had a great variety and even gluten free options. The location is amazing and. Only 15 min from the Expo Center and the HUGE mall is just down the street. You could not ask for more.

No complaints at all. Everything was clean (I inspect every room to make sure all is working appropriately before settling in). Water pressure, hot water in shower, well working sink, comfortable bed, TV worked well, fridge worked well. All outlets and lights worked. Wasn't able to catch breakfast or the bar. Gym well equipped. Didn't get a chance to utilize the indoor pool but at glance, looked clean. Hallways didn't have a smell, could use more lighting but that's a personal preference. Elevator worked fine. I felt safe. Great location, ducked off away from all the busy highways but close enough to KOP. I have 0 complaints. Will absolutely return again.
