I have been to Dallas four times and by far, this is the best hotel I have stayed. Especially for a business visit. The icing on the top was the evening snacks offered at no charge. It was awesome. Also- big shout out to all the front desk staff. They treated me with respect and was always wiling to help. Everything was there, including an atm machine! Will definitely stay again.

The price ,& location. We didn't like the gap in the front doors. O the toilet was loose.that was room 218.we alway love the area.hope you guys get those problems work out Hope to see you guys in the future.

You have a pleasant and helpful staff.

You have a pleasant and helpful staff. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient; they are ready to go to any length to help customers. The rooms are very comfortable and rooming. Free Breakfast: with a good variety of options. And the dedication of the breakfast attendant in ensuring the food was replenished and the area was clean was excellent. I will definitely introduce my friends to Comfort Inn at Wylie TX, I will come again to use your facility any time I travel out of my station.

Pros -good breakfast - clean room -average mattress and pillows -aircon working good -clean and good smelling towels -clean bathroom, nice warm and hot water -clean smelling good quality towels -gym available Cons -thin walls between hotel rooms -water dripping from shower head (customer service said it will be fixed)

The location of the hotel was great and essentially, more modern than those nearby. Unfortunately, those are the only positives I would call out. The breakfast selection was very good but very dry both days. Cleanliness was very questionable as all the bath towels had some type of stain on them and the coffee maker had not been cleaned out from the previous customer (there was a used Keurig cup still in the chamber). The soap dispenser had fallen off the wall and the toilet dispenser was barely hanging on. None of the plastic cups in the room were sealed in in plastic. The coffee choices were not refilled from the previous customer with only decaf available.

We love Wylie, Texas .

We love Wylie, Texas . Our son and daughter in law lives there so we visit as much as possible. Wylie is close to all the area big cities you need to travel to , easy to get around in and had all the things you need.

Very nice area lots to do.

Very nice area lots to do. We went to Magnolia and the Dr Pepper Co. not that far of a Dr. Wylie is close to Dallas so there is plenty of shopping close by and museums and the zoo is close. Wylie is a nice location without all the city stuff but still close to the city.
