Located just 6 miles from Arizona Cardinals Stadium, this Youngtown hotel features a year-round outdoor heated pool with terrace. Free Wi-Fi and a daily breakfast buffet are included. Great location for me. Was further back so train noise was not bad. Nothing they can do about train. Room was comfortable. Much better hotel since Quality Inn took over. Breakfast was good lot of choices.
In Youngtown, Arizona, this motel is a 10-minute walk from Grand Avenue Shopping Center. An outdoor pool with a terrace and brightly decorated rooms are available. Everything was great! It was ten minutes away from my doctor's office. As soon as I walked in the door, we were greeted with smiles and friendliness. There was a Denny's, Jack in the Box and a convenience store all within walking distance.
This hotel in Peoria, Arizona offers an outdoor pool and sundeck, a full-service restaurant and rooms with a flat-screen cable TV. University of Phenix Stadium is a 10-minute drive away. Very clean and lots of parking. Close to the freeway for easy access. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, including the breakfast staff; especially since we showed up one minute before closing the buffet. They were kind and still let us go have breakfast - which was very much appreciated.
Older location in NW Phoenix suburbs. Not near any major attractions, but within easy driving distance of the Peoria Sports Complex. I find the whole area (Peoria, Glendale, Sun City, Youngtown) very boring since it is mostly cookie cutter residential and strip mall commercial development.
Youngtown is the opposite of what it sounds like it's a place where seniors lives there's not much of a nightlife there are some restaurants a lot a lot of thrift stores and antique shops very clean very quiet and I suggest you obey the traffic laws
I really did not get a feel for this town to be fair. We spent one night in a poor motel 6 in a rather industrial/commercial part of town. We left the next morning. I have no idea about the rest of the town
I really like biscuits and gravy for breakfast. I had it every morning. Hostess was very gratious. We are in our eighties and she and her sister were very attentive. We stopped by the "Blizzard" ice cream store twice, fairly nearby. After we got the printed church directions we easily found our way.
We went to a football game at the stadium and it was a very short convenient drive. The staff was super helpful. Check in was fast and they kept the room we reserved until after midnight. Breakfast was good.
We ate at the Royal Cafe, which had wonderful food at reasonable prices. We were there for my grandson's graduation and it was nice to spend time with him and his 2 sisters. That was our main activity. The highway getting there was difficult but getting around otherwise was easy. We like to visit shops but didn't have enough time for that.

Breakfast was good, nice selection. Coffee was very good. The room was very clean the mattress was superb. The facility did have a nice pet area. Staff very friendly and courteous. The pool looked great, but unfortunately we did not have time to use. We will definitely book this hotel again.

There are some fast food restaurants in the vincinity and the hotel is easy to reach. Although a busy street is close I slept well and quite. The staff at the check-in was very helpful and quick.
