The staff was super friendly, we had a problem with the car we had rented and they helped us to get in contact with a mechanic in order to fix it. They helped throughout the reparation and where always at our side explaining what was going on. Without them it would have been a nightmare, really thankful to them.

After four weeks of travelling in Uzbekistan I was amazed by the space of the room and the shining white bathroom with its good flower smell and maybe the best shower in the entire country (strong and hot). Everything is new, receptionist was welcoming and spoke english, room was equipped with water, boiler and tea bags and the spacious parking lot in front of the hotel is a huge plus. For "Dinner" I had a very good Lavash from ShefBurger across the street. If I ever come back to this region I would definetely stay there again.

Wonderful stay ! The room was clean, warm, it had a big bathroom with hot shower, we had a TV to watch netflix and prime video, a small fridge, and the breakfast was a buffet with a lot of choice. The staff was another highlight of our stay, they were really nice and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel if you want to have the BEST STAY in Ferghana !
