What impressed us most was the people. The staff were extremely warm, polite, and genuinely caring. Their hospitality felt very sincere and natural. We especially appreciated their cultural sensitivity, even without us mentioning it, they informed us about the sahur time during Ramadan and kindly checked if we would need to wake up for it. This level of thoughtfulness meant a lot to us. Another very kind gesture was at check-in. We had booked a small double room, but the reception noticed that we were traveling as a family with our young son and several suitcases. They generously upgraded us to a larger two-room space with a separate sofa area, which made our stay much more comfortable. They also helped us by safely storing our luggage after checkout, which was very convenient. Overall, the team is very professional, friendly, and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Very near to tashkent airport. Excellent communication by the hotel staff.. Rooms are clean and comfortable. They assisted us with our luggage. Quick response to all our queries, in fact, Mr. Muzaffar went the extra mile to complete all our train reservations and helped us plan our entire itinerary. Thanks for all your services, Muzaffar.
