Friendly, welcoming reception. Apartment exceeded my expectation. We'll furnished and equipped. Comfortable. The balcony had a fantastic view of the bay and the morning sunrise. Could sit there for hours, lovely cooling breeze. Good swimming and snorkeling.

We had the most amazing time. We were upgraded to the Palm Villa for my husbands 40th which blew us away and totally unexpected. Such an amazing surprise and our kids absolutely loved having our own pool. The staff were amazing and so friendly. Remembered our names on day 1.

From the seamless airport collection to the warm welcome drink on arrival, every moment felt thoughtfully curated. Walking into the room to find freshly baked cookies and being greeted by endless smiling faces set the tone for what would be an unforgettable experience. This isn’t a hotel you pass by! The room itself was absolutely stunning. Every little detail had clearly been considered, creating a space that felt both luxurious and welcoming. The views were nothing short of breathtaking, perfect for soaking up the afternoon sun and watching the sunset. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. They are exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble, and every recommendation, from restaurants to island activities was perfect. Their genuine warmth and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire stay feel personal and special. Having stayed in many high end hotels and resorts all over the world, I can honestly say the service here ranks among the very best I’ve experienced. It wasn’t just excellent, it was memorable.
