We booked hotel on booking.com, when we arrived hotel said that they do not have available rooms and it happened to other guests too. The situation was pretty stressful as the flight was canceled and we needed place to stay. Luckily we found other place. The front desk person was very friendly and helpful

My recommendation would be for Booking.com; your...

My recommendation would be for Booking.com; your communication with me was very, very poor. There was a resident of the compound who guided me in the right direction, and that how I got in touch with the owner of the place, but he was outstanding, but you guys need to do a whole lot better than what you did.
