This is a brand new property that was completing a ‘soft-opening’ during our stay (the property reached out before we arrived to warn us of that as well as that some amenities might not be available). I may have even been the first guest to stay in that room, and it felt like my colleague and I were the only ones occupying rooms on that floor. The staff is doing an excellent job!

This is a fantastic hotel ,located in the heart of Hué. The rooms are lovely and comfortable, the breakfast is superb, and the staff were exceptionally kind, helpful and are incredibly friendly. There’s a pool and spa for relaxation as well. This hotel is perfect—offering excellent value for money and everything you need for a comfortable stay.Definitely recommend it!

Friendly & helpful staff. Spacious clean room. Very good breakfast. Spa had a sauna and steam room that was complimentary to use. Large well kept outdoor gardens and pool area. Highly recommend. Would stay here again.

This has been our favorite stay in Vietnam so far in our travels. Laura and family are so kind, it's so homely and comfortable. No ask is too much trouble. Our room was clean and all that we needed. We also had our laundry cleaned, and we can honestly say they came back the cleanest and nicest smelling than they have since we've been travelling (3 months at this point). We highly recommend staying here, especially for the price

Maybe the BEST hotel in Hue! It is nicely tucked in a street 150m from tons of cafes, restaurants and nightlife! The rooms are extremely clean, have all the listed facilities and every little detail is taken care of. The best part of the hotel? - Amazing staff! Tho and Hanna at the reception were extremely helpful and arranged every little things that we needed, from tours, transports, etc., all with a friendly smile! Next time in Hue, we will definitely book this hotel again without a doubt!

The hotel.is adorable, there is a fantastic chocolate shop on the street if you head left, and an excellent spa if you head right. We forgot our bag of chocolate goodies for the sleeper train back to Hanoi, as we pulled into.the train station there was a knock on the window of our cab. Ryan, one of the front desk guys had followed us on a scooter and handed the bag back to laughing and wishing us a good train trip. THAT IS THE KIND.OF SERVICE that was drummed into.us when i worked at the Ritz Carlton, a $1000 a night hotel, yet in Vietnam, that's just normal hospitality
