Great facilities, everything clean new and a kind of posh. Sweetest most awesome staff, recommendations regarding food and entertainment were all very good (I thought they’d tourist trap me). And walking distance 10-15 min to all nice places. Very safe.

The best hotel we stayed in Vietnam. A few steps from the historic center of Hoi An, it is quiet, clean and well maintained. It has all the amenities one needs, the rooms are spacious and with lots of natural light, lots of windows but you have your privacy at the same time.
The water pressure in the bathroom is perfect, the staff is very friendly and efficient, they helped us book tours and transportation to Da Nang. The pool looked pretty clean and maintained, but we didn't get a chance to use it as we weren't in Hoi An for long. We liked everything overall and will definitely come back when we are back in Hoi An.

The room was spacious and comfortable, but the real value is the staff: An, Helen and Spring were just so helpful and nice. I booked tours, laundry service and taxis and everything was always perfect. In Vietnam you will always see surprisingly high rating scores, but my stay at the Hoianese was truly a 10/10

A beautiful riverside town with well preserved old architecture dating back to when it was a trading port and one of the most famous places to visit in Vietnam. It did not disappoint. Unfortunately the weather did as we were there in the wet season but that did not dampen our enthusiasm. With its cobbled streets and lots of lanterns throughout the town it certainly is very colourful. We did a boat ride and lit a lantern on the river, visit the Japanese Bridge, relax in one of the many spas, and of course shopping is fun!

Alsahar Villa was an amazing stay.
The Lantern Boat ride was stunning, there are a lot of places to eat around that.
Avoid shopping in that area though, it's costly.
do take a 2-wheeler and drive down to Danang. It was fun.

We stayed in Hoi An for three nights which was exactly the right amount of time, perhaps even slightly too long. Though it is beautiful, we found it a bit too touristy. The same shops offer the same kinds of merchandise and it feels really focused on selling, selling, selling, rather than having any kind of authentic, interesting experience. It is still worth seeing for the lovely river views and to have a chance to experience the world-class tailoring!

So much history!!
Need at least 4 to 5 days here to experience it all.

It's a nice place.
It's a nice place. People usually do not highlight Vinwonders Theme Park, but it's a great place for kids, mainly for the river safari, Giraffe, and bird feeding. Take the buggy option at Vinwonders, as it is a long walk; buy tickets from the official counters. Add a day or two extra to relax and do nothing but stroll the cute restaurants, cafes, beaches and markets. Do not miss the Memories show (closed on Tuesdays; try sitting in the theatre in the English section and the top row of the front zone). Try to be in Hoi An at the time of the full moon; the entire place is more magical.

Hoi An is a small city that has a great ambience, especially at night in the old town where hundreds of lanterns light up boats, cafes, shops and surrounds. Food is varied and tasty with many cafes and restaurants throughout the city and old town. It is easy to hire and ride by cycles around and beyond the city as traffic is usually not too busy. A visit to the Coconut village and a trip on the river in a round boat is a must. Hoi Ans old buildings, especially the French- styled, are impressive. Shopping is also worthwhile as you can have lanterns, shoes and clothing made to order and completed very quickly! Hoi An is a great place to visit!

Everything. 👌🏼 This little hotel is an absolute gem, situated in a quieter locale 20min walk or a 5min grab ride from the old town. The staff are wonderful; welcoming, friendly and extremely eager to assist. Lovely cooked breakfast each morning and free Vietnamese coffee/tea/water 24/7. Cheap bike or motorcycle hire. The pool is heavenly. Don’t let the price fool you (it’s cheap) as it’s fantastic. The free walking tour with Cindy is a great way to get your bearings around town. Snooze you lose
Excellent service from staff. Our room is big with a balcony, has everything we needed for the stay. We originally booked for 2 nights but decided to stay one more night, and the hotel helped to upgrade us to a bigger room for free. Breakfast is good with a lot of Vietnamese and Western choices. We could also use the bikes for free to visit the old town and the beach. All in all a great choice and value for money if you visit Hoi An.
It’s a small hotel with family flair. We got an upgrade which was super for us. The host helps us with good advices and also making our booking for tours which made our stay very convenient. The location was perfekt for us. In the middle of the beach and old town which was easy to reached with the free bikes. Thanks a lot! We really enjoy our stay there.
Super helpful and nice hotel staff. Free bicycle rent and with that perfect location between beach and rice fields (to the one direction) and old town(to the other site), but even without that well walkable. Rooftop Pool with a good view. Good and cheap massage available. Nice room with modern air conditioning.
Little Gem is a newly opened boutique hotel walking distance from HoiAn old town, the staff is amazing and very caring. Rooms are clean and modern and we enjoyed the breakfast - great vatiety of western and Vietnamese cuisine!
