Phan Rang is extremely quiet with very limited choice of eating places / bars. Some parts are very well planted and maintained but other areas are dirty and run down. The beaches are long and could be beautiful to bathe on,but there is nothing set of for bathing (lounges / shaded area / umbrellas). The location of this apartment is out of the main town and in a suburb that is being developed so there isn't too much there just yet. The beaches are close by and lovely. Plenty of wind and kite surfing activities. If you have your own transport then there is plenty to explore, otherwise it is difficult.

Phan Rang has nice scenery. There were many places that the mountains and scenery felt like I was home in southern California. That made it a little unexciting for me, however it is well worth the trip. The sand dunes are a small area but interesting. As seems common in Vietnam, the trash did rob from the beauty.

City is still developing, there are little car or bike traffic compared to other towns. The beach is over 1 km long and sandy. You can really have a quiet vacation here without the hustling and bustling and yet the city has everything you need. Highly recommended.

From $11 per night...but incredibly well organised and relaxed - everything flowed perfectly - questions were answered before i'd even thought of them - and Zalo replies to additional queries were answered within seconds. I was in Phan Rang for only a short time to kiteboard with friends at Phi's kite school for a friend's birthday and a small birthday/Valentine's supper at Sorrento - the guesthouse support was unexpectedly perfect :D ...unexpectedly i also saw friends i hadn't seen for 7-10 years! :D

The hotel is a short stroll to the beach. It has a lift and nice, but small rooms. The hotel was easy to find and a short 2km bike ride to the centre square and the bars and eateries therein. We were fortunate and got a room at the back. Rooms at back have windows and front have windows/ balcony, while rooms in the middle have no windows - so check first (Different overnight rates I'm sure too)

The hotel has been in operation for 5 years, but everything appears brand new to me. The owner is very nice and he must have taken good care of the place! The room was super comfortable, spacious and well prepared, with everything you need for your vacation. There is proper parking space and the beach is one corner away.
