We had a wonderful stay at Hotel de la Coupole – MGallery Sapa. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the center of town and very convenient for visiting Fansipan. The staff kindly guided us on how to get to the tram and cable car station, which made everything easy and stress-free for our family. The food was very good, with great variety and quality. We especially enjoyed the breakfast and the overall dining experience. The swimming pool is beautiful and well maintained, a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. What really stood out was the attentive and helpful staff. The receptionist went above and beyond by helping us arrange a van from the hotel back to Hanoi, making our departure smooth and comfortable. Overall, excellent service, great facilities, and a fantastic location. We would definitely stay here again.

We had to book a stay in Sapa urgently when we found this property. We requested for an early check-in at 6 am and got a prompt response. The food, service, cleanliness, location of this hotel - everything was pretty good in very affordable rates. Mr. Hung, the owner is very welcoming and cheerful. He helped us with everything we needed during our stay. Highly recommend!

The weather was great!

The weather was great! Coming form a tropical country, I really enjoyed the cold weather and the foooooooog!!!!! Wish I could have travelled a few days earlier so I could have explored more of the area :)

Gorgeous place!

Gorgeous place! A lot of tourists but there are places you can escape to. Loved our trekking experience with our teens to Ta Van. Reallt enjoyed visiting Fansipan (even though there was a lot of people)

Sapa is one of the most beautiful place I have ever seen in...

Sapa is one of the most beautiful place I have ever seen in my life - especially Fansipan and, Lao Chai and other villages around rice fields. Although, it’s 6 hours drive from Hanoi , it’s so worth it !

Very scenic and chill place to visit .

Very scenic and chill place to visit . The scenery change every hour with the clouds coming over. Extended my stay by 2 days. The city itself was wonderful everything in walking distance and at night when the lights come on it was magic .

This was the biggest disappointment of our whole trip.

This was the biggest disappointment of our whole trip. Yes Mount Fansipan is great, especially on a clear day like we were lucky to have, but the centre of Sapa was more touristy than I expected. Child and Animal exploitation and the chef beating to death a purchased fish in front of us in the street wasn't what I expected. Others friends loved the area, but its not for us

This was the most amazing, high quality hotel! 5he location is so central yet so quiet. The Junior Suite is perfect and such incredible value for the quality. Beds are very comfortable and bath is beautiful. Very modern and clean. The breakfast is excellent...one of the best we've had in Vietnam. We stayed 3 nights and the hotel arranged a 2 day/ 1 night homestay trek - highly recommended. Mai and Su are genuinely great ladies and shared so much culture with us. Mrs Tran is a kind and thoughtful host at Eden. We hope to return! 💗

The staff were amazing, really helpful and polite! The location was amazing just 5 mine away from a great pub and 10 mins away from the center of town. The facilities were completely clean and there was complimentary tea coffee and water available. Beds were very comfy especially compared to other hotels I went to in Vietnam. Breakfast was incredible it was buffet style service and a free option off the large breakfast menu as well included. 10/10 definitely recommend for a stay in sa pa

Beautiful new hotel on the hills overlooking the town! We got an upgrade and had our own little bungalow with a view (though mostly clouded) and the breakfast room was also nice with top to bottom windows! We arrived in the middle of the night, but were still welcomed in a friendly and happy way by the staff. In general, this was the most friendly staff we had in all hotels across Vietnam. And there was a cute cat as well! We would definitely come back!

Azalea Sapa was easily the best hotel experience we had during our stay in Vietnam. It is very well located… very close to the town centre. The staff were amazing. The hotel is very tastefully done with attention to minute details like the cups and plates and even the local handicraft artwork all over the hotel. Highly recommended.
