Our stay at the freshwater Plantation farm stay was absolutely amazing! The bungallow is so beautiful, it is situated directly on the beach and has an amazing sea view. They also have a super nice restaurant, with delicious meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Try the chicken Parmiggiana! We really enjoyed the evenings with Vini and Klaas, to talk about interesting topics by a glass of wine. We did the diving at the coolidge, while we stayed at their accommodation and they drove us every time and picked us up. We also went snorkelling, right in front of the bungallow and the reef is pretty decent (we even saw morey eels and lion fish). It grows back slowly after the cyclone.

Our host Esline was super nice and kind, giving us an upgrade and inviting us for a delicious dinner prepared by her. The housekeeping lady Lina and his family are so nice and sweet and they made our stay amazing. Ginger the dog is very nice too :) the rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped, right in front of the villas there is a nice and accessible spot for swimming (there is a wreck too), when the sea is calm it is a nice place to snorkel. It was exactly as described and better! I was greeted by friendly staff who checked me in and took me over to the seafront bungalow. The room was well set up with a little kitchenette and private veranda. The shared kitchen area was really clean, spacious, and also had a great lounge too. I loved snorkelling just in front of the bungalows and taking in the views from a hammock. It was also nice to be able to pop over to Turtle Bay, just next door, for a delicious meal, chat to the staff, and take out a kayak to explore the bay. A wonderful stay, and I’m sure I’ll be back.
