We wanted to book a room in Balmoral, Scotland and by mistake booking.com took us to this Lodge in Balmoral South Africa. It was very misleading and we booked it by mistake. They didn't want to refund the money for just a genuine mistake. So sorry, but this is not right and not humane.

The Place is neat, clean and easy to find. I was disappointed though, there were no tea, coffee and sugar, they gave us 1 sachet, and it was 2 of us with my husband. there was noice at the please, kindly right down to for people to keep noice down.
