We used the lodge as an overnight stop after 9 hours of driving and a morning flight out of Johannesburg. Therefore, it was convenient that we could have supper at the lodge and that breakfast started at 6 am. The rooms are fine and the lodge has a nice garden. The staff is helpful and efficient. The lodge is situated only 9 K from the airport.

I liked the fact that it is full house. Home away from home. you can prepare your own meals at the comfort of your rooms. very close to amenities such as airport, shops, entertainment etc , Big enough for family of 4 together in the same house.

The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the gym facility and appreciated being able to pay for an extra half-day stay until my late flight. a lovely space to relax and take it easy. Having Rosie O'Grady's there is an asset.

I would highly recommend staying here if you are flying on...

I would highly recommend staying here if you are flying on with connecting flights. It was so easy to walk to and from airport to hotel. Watch the men that grab your bags to take you there - they only want money. Enjoyed our stay, polite staff, delicious breakfast and dinner.

This our 4th overnight stay and we were greeted by Brian at reception who remembered us from our stay last year. He is very pleasant and helpful. We were also greeted by Beauty, the Manager. She too remembered us and made us feel very welcome. It made us feel that we were at home. We had a pleasant meal served by Precious. She too, remembered us. She is a credit to your organisation. She has a sparkling character which made our meal very enjoyable. We will always choice Town lodge for our overnight stays,

Typical airport area with support industries of the travel sector. Not much of a tourist area but fine enough for travel stays. The area has great potential, but is obviously poorly run by the current politicians and administration in power.

Lots of space and sunlight and areas you could sit in comfortably before check-in and after check-out. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were delighted to assist and always polite. Great dining options and could always get something to eat or drink outside regular hours. Pool and gym were positives. Online booking worked well with fast retrieval of information and seamless check-in. Even though the turnover of visitors is high it never felt like chaos. Hotel staff were just so helpful with managing our luggage.
