The location, the room and the menu were excellent. I had a good time in the bar playing pool on a half sized snooker table with the warm welcome from barman Richard.

Zur Alten Mine is located 3.1 mi outside of Graskop. Guests can walk around the dam in the gardens or hike up to the old mine. Perfect place to stay while in the Kruger Area. Everything is beautiful, clean and and organized. We had a perfect night and the hosts gave us all the care and information needed. We were not able to stay for breakfast, but the hosts made us some delicious sandwiches instead, and that was something that we really liked and apreciated. I would recommend this charming guest farm for anyone that visits Graskop.

I have a very strong allergic reaction to dust, but I did not sneeze even once during my stay. I have to give them credit for the cleanliness. Second, we arrived at a very odd time (past 8pm). The lady that answered the phone was very respectful and warm. The gentleman that welcomed us (Tyrone) was a very kind and calm person. Thirdly, there is ALOT of space, which I always desire. More rooms than we needed but very well kept Fourthly, the wifi isn't very fast, but it is working. I will not criticize the wifi at all cos I went with 2 backup wifi network and both didn't even have 3G network. For them to provide one that worked is something I deeply appreciate. Travel advisory: There is only one shop - SPAR in the town to by things you need and they close at about 7pm. Just so you know Allow me to mention please: The house is not old, it is ANTIQUE. It's a theme across the house. I first thought it's an old, washed-up house. But, as we stayed in it, we began to appreciate the antique theme even more.
