Me (🇩🇪) and my friend (🇳🇱) had an amazing stay at Muke village.😊 Alex really put in a lot of effort for us to feel comfortable. We really like and admire the project that they set up for the kids for them to be able to have education from a young age, and were happy to be able to support it with our stay. I think offering this kind of opportunity for visitors to get an authentic insight into the life in the village creates a unique and valuable space for cultural exchange. We were very happy with everything: the beds were comfortable, the shower was nice, the food was super tasty, the kids are super cute, taking part in on class at school was very fun, we did a super nice canoeing tour on the Zambezi and had a lot of nice talks with Alex. Big recommendation to make a stay at Muke Village part of your experience in Zambia!🇿🇲

The location is amazing, right on the banks of the Zambezi. The staff were amazing when we asked for a table close to the river on the terrace,they said we will find you a better one and put us on the top deck of the hotel's boat for our own private meal.

All was new and clean. The house had a big battery in case of power outbreak’s. We had both airtel and mtn SIM cards because we work online while we travel and the signal was good so the signal towers were close. The owner fixed the road in the second day and it has a good sign from the asphalt road. I will return with pleasure for sure.

Exceptional service. Beautiful grounds and a central location. On site restaurant served a great dinner and breakfast. Very good security and a very secure car park. Our only regret was our schedule did not allow us to extend our stay.

I liked everything about the Lodge. The location was perfect - about a 10-minute walk to the centre of Livingstone town where the museum is located. The staff at the lodge were so friendly and helpful and did everything they could to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The room was a normal size and had a couch and fridge. There is a bar and restaurant onsite and beautiful gardens to relax in. The Lodge has a full list of tours, and the staff will also arrange any tours required. Highly recommended

Kamunjila is not only a lodge to stay, it is an experience. Highly recommended, if 10 is maximum, this one is 10+. The premises are beautiful if you look for something authentic. Kamunjila staff is professional, welcoming, understandable, and always ready to help. The lodge is a great example of sustainability, proximity, and awareness. You need to go to understand. If you like to taste local meal, go for the fish from the Zambezi river, try nshima or taste mango picked up for you straight from the tree. Enjoy the garden and hear the stories about plants and animals from the local expert, great guide! Get impressed by the talented artist painting in the garden. My stay was wonderful. The hotel is truly amazing, the elegant colonial style, with the calm athmosphere is incredible. The staff is nice above everything, and of course the amazing parts are the wildlife in the garden and the connection to the Victoria Falls. It is out of question the best Hotel when you are about to visit the Victoria Falls!
