Condos in Kitchener

It was a quick 2 night stop on our way to leaving Kitchener area. We had been staying at a hotel. I would have happily stayed here the whole time. Felt safe secure and everything you needed for a longer stay.

Spent 4 nights there. Beautiful condo, clean and at a reasonable price. There's all you need to cook your own food. Just go to the grocery store before and you're all set. Bed was comfy. You must not be scared of heights though, since the condo is on the 16th floor. I was a bit nervous at first but the view is amazing, especially at nights where you see all of the city lights.

Loved the location, the ample condo space, the patioviews, the cleanliness, spotkess! the tastefully furnished common space on the 2nd floor and the immaculate amenities including: barbecues, bowling, hot tubs, fooseball, pool table etc. I was mostly impressed though by the exceptional commucation with customer service staff in general ,and Gabby in particular who was readily available to answer any questions with grace and respect. I LOVED my week stay . And, cost almost half of what I would have paid at a hotel!

The location is really good, close to the tram and train station. The appartement and the building have good facilities, including a gym! The view is also super nice, if you like trains you can observe them easily.

The place is located on the right side of town, close to some great restaurants like Montana’s BBQ. For a quick evening bite, there are also several options nearby like Tim Hortons and McDonald's. The apartment owner was very helpful and ensured we had a wonderful stay. The unit was entirely ours, just as described, it is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up. The bedrooms were cozy with comfortable mattresses, making for a great night's sleep. As a food lover, I really appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette which allowed me to prepare my own meals without any hassle. The living room was also a highlight, featuring a comfy sofa that made Netflix and chill time perfect. We also enjoyed a nice morning walk on the trail right across from the apartment — a lovely bonus to our stay. Overall, this apartment is a must-try. I highly recommend it for individuals, couples, or families, regardless of the length of stay.
