Nice hotel. Good location with shops close by. Close to transport. Though we had driven there. Took a little while to figure out how to get into underground parking as entry is down the side of the main entry. At roadside. Rooms, beds, and staff were all good. It was quiet, and I had a comfortable night's sleep. Under the beds were in need of a clean. Otherwise, the room was a nice size, clean, and very comfortable. The small coffee machine in the room was very handy. My daughter and I enjoyed the pool facilities * Overall, we had a lovely stay, visiting family on a trip from Ireland. Would recommend highly. 👌

Everything. Seriously for the price you pay for the room, you can not do better. Extremely clean, quiet, beautiful view out the back window, heated floors in the bathroom, on site laundry machines, this place was honest to god amazing. I can not recommend it enough!

The place is located on the right side of town, close to some great restaurants like Montana’s BBQ. For a quick evening bite, there are also several options nearby like Tim Hortons and McDonald's. The apartment owner was very helpful and ensured we had a wonderful stay. The unit was entirely ours, just as described, it is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up. The bedrooms were cozy with comfortable mattresses, making for a great night's sleep. As a food lover, I really appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette which allowed me to prepare my own meals without any hassle. The living room was also a highlight, featuring a comfy sofa that made Netflix and chill time perfect. We also enjoyed a nice morning walk on the trail right across from the apartment — a lovely bonus to our stay. Overall, this apartment is a must-try. I highly recommend it for individuals, couples, or families, regardless of the length of stay.

We were in Kitchener for 2 days to learn about Mennonite culture, visit the farmers and antique markets in nearby St.Jacobs, and to go to a museum. Downtown Kitchener is small but cute with wonderful architecture. We had a car so I cannot speak to the efficiency of pubic transit.

Easy, well lit entry. Contact was quick to respond. Very private, extremely clean and welcoming. Little extras, water bottles available, lovely table set up, extra blankets really available. Bathroom very clean with heated floor.(room was cold when we arrived, but heated up using the gas fireplace and adjusting thermostat) Really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend, will return.

It is very easy to get around Kitchener by GRT (Grand River Transit) or by Light Rail. Downtown Kitchener is within walking distance where there are plenty of restaurants for the choosing. We also opted to purchase groceries at the nearby Grocery outlet called Central Fresh Market. Trip Advisor Kitchener is very helpful as a source of information.

As I am a visitor from the UK who doesn’t drive I found the transport very useful as Canada is such a vast and open country. Unfortunately it didn’t go to some of the places I wanted. There was also travel disruption so it limited my visits. The improvements that are underway look very promising but at the moment caused too many problems for me especially as I wanted to get to St Jacob’s Farmers market. Better if you have a car.

The staff member at check in was very difficult to understand, she spoke very quietly and very quickly. There was a great deal of noise in the hallway at 2 am with people talking loudly and slamming doors, for at least an hour. None if the fans or temperature control worked, room was very hot and stuffy. When we mentioned our concerns at checkout they didn't really seem to care. Said we should have come down to the front desk to complain about the noise. At 2 am in pajamas? Not even free parking offered as compensation.

We visited Christmas week so a lot of amenities closed. Malls were busy with sale shoppers. Overall people in Kitchener were very friendly. There were lots of food locations with a variety of types available to dine. The museums we were able to visit were clean and well presented with interesting information about the area. Kitchener was central to a number of outlying interesting communities with antiques, box stores and outlet stores. Not nearly as much hustle and bustle atmosphere as in much larger cities. Vehicle traffic was good. Would highly recommend Kitchener.

I had a wonderful stay in Kitchener. The place was very clean and the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful with great tips. I was able to prepare my own meals, use the fridge, and enjoy the lovely garden. Everything was easily reachable by car, and I even had a parking spot right in front of the entrance. I truly felt at home and would have loved to stay longer. Absolutely recommended!

The owners were really nice. The place was very clean, sound was good. They had cups, wine glasses, champagne glasses, cooking appliances, pots, pans and some complimentary items aside. Very well done. Felt like a hotel but more comfortable. I had a great stay. I would book again.

This is a historic hotel that has been renovated. It is right downtown Kitchener, with lots of small restaurants, coffee shops and bars to keep you entertained. The room was beautiful and clean. The included breakfast was delicious.
