The apartment is clean, comfortable, and spacious. The kitchen is superbly equipped; we lacked nothing. The beds are comfortable, and the living room offers plenty of space after folding out the sofa. There's a separate toilet. The garage is a big plus (to get in, you have to enter the building, go down to the garage, and open the garage door). The location is excellent. You can explore Budapest on foot.

Danube river 10 min walk, many bars and restaurants in the area. The balcony is smaller than expected, but sufficient to be able to go out on it. I spent only 1 night, but there is enough kitchen equipments to stay longer and prepare your own food.
