Search condos in Douou

We like it’s superb location, only 5 minutes walk to Sakaimachi Street for great choices of cafes, restaurants, souvenirs etc, 8 minutes walk to Otaru Canal and 10 minutes walk to Music Box Museum. It’s so conveniently located yet very residential up a little hill, away from the hustle and bustle, it feels safe and quiet. The apartment is facing the Otaru bay, is exceptionally clean, well equipped and parking lot is just 3 minutes walk. Best of all the host, Julia is very helpful with showing us the place, making us comfortable and providing all essential information.

Really quiet place that is near kitanomine slope so i could just walk to the slope on my 2nd day and catch the 1st chairlift. The room has a bath tub for me to soak with my lush bathbombs that i bought in sapporo. There is a washing machine with free detergent enough for 3 loads given to me, so i could wash my clothes and dry them which was really convenient. There is a fridge, tableware, and an induction stove and rice cooker, so you can cook in the room and save some money if you want, which i did for my 2nd lunch with kimchi rice bought at the supermarket. There is a dryer for boots etc to help with the ski boots etc. There is also a parking lot allocated to the property if you are driving as well I personally felt that it was a real bargain for the price i paid and i would gladly accept some of the inconvenience to get to food at the end of the day. It helps with digestion to walk abit after a satisfying meal in the main town area haha.

Location is great in terms of getting to Niseko and Rusutsu (buses run from the bus stop 7 min away from the apartment). The customer support is great, always replying within 15 min, we were very pleased ! Condo is very new and clean. There are plenty of dishes / pans to prepare food, washing machine, bathroom essentials etc. Very cozy atmosphere. Great value for money!
