Excellent front desk. Room design is very nice. Breakfast is delicious, like those fruit jam for bread.

The staff were absolutely incredible; we had to have our bags shipped down to Osaka due to smaller stops in Tokyo and Mt Fuji (too short to be able to guarantee the bags would arrive on time) which is a crazy distance. The ladies at the Information Centre were able to explain the process for this and even drew us a map to get to the shuttle bus to the train station and encouraged us to take a jacket and do a practice walk the night before. The tour we booked was also fantastic, and the food and local beer was great too. The room was incredible; it was so affordable for the space you're given and relaxing in the onsen overlooking the ballpark was an unforgettable experience, they even have snacks and a bar! Everyone we came across was so lovely, even other people staying were interested to hear about our trip as it's not a common place to find foreigners.

Everything is perfect. The hotel provided many thoughtful services and facilities. The hot spring and sauna were the best indulgence in winter, while the outdoor campfire offered fun, along with roasting marshmallows, creating wonderful bedtime memories for the kids. We had a fantastic time celebrating New Year's Eve and the Lunar New Year here. The in-room chef service was fantastic, with delicious and creative dishes made right in front of us. Watching the chef cook while spending time in the cozy cabin in the snow created unforgettable memories.

Awesome hotel and an Incredible service, we looked with a friend to eat outside, and the reception staff called the restaurant in Japanese for us, booked it, ordered a taxi, escorted us to the taxi, and prepared a note to show to the restaurant to have them order a taxi back for us. Nothing short of exceptional service. Thank you.

This was a perfectly quiet dark room with a comfy bed - brilliant after a long haul flight. The Japanese breakfast was delicious and very reasonably priced. 11am checkout time also very convenient.

I needed a room for the night due to an early flight. THis was perfect

We were there for one night ahead of flying home. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and great helping us organise a taxi to the airport the morning we needed to leave (we had large luggage + big ski bag so couldn't have just any taxi). Huge help with not knowing the language.

Buffet breakfast was superb. Front desk staff were very helpful.

Perfectly well equipped and great location after a late flight. There were lots of reviews saying the check in process was complex but if you know how to use a phone and fill in the form they send you beforehand (just standard ID stuff) it was probably the smoothest check in process I’ve had in years. We didn’t mind that there was no manned reception. All was great and I’d definitely stay here again. (Paid) parking nearby which was easy enough.
