Second stay with this Hotel. Loving our previous stay and we agree to stay here for another stay when in Sapporo. Hotel has underground connection to the station. It helps a lot on rainy day. We could left our luggage before check in time and after check out time. Staffs were very helpful.

Great breakfast buffet. I strongly recommend here for it.

The location was great, which is 1 street away from the popular Tanukikoji Shopping Street. The double room was nice and comfortable with more than enough spaces to move around with our luggages opened.

It's the granbell... the place is next lvl best onsens best lounge stellar view and amazing staff with English proficiency Chinese and Vietnamese aswell for those guests

Location: Near restaurants, JR Station, Shopping malls, Sapporo Tanukikoji shopping street. McDonald's is just opposite the hotel. All can be reached by walking distance. Very convenient. Toilet: Very clean, Room: Twin room although smaller BUILT-UP, but we are satisfied with the soundproof wall (can't hear flushing noise frm next door). Heater and humidifier provided.

An excellent hotel with clean rooms, a great breakfast and convenient location near the city center. Recommended for a stay in Sapporo.

Close to susukino subway (exit #4). Also close to airport bus, just a cross the street.

Really great hotel, close to Sapporo station and, because of the heated sidewalks, also easy to reach with suitcases in the winter. The rooms are on the smaller side but that's typical for Japan. The service was absolutely phenomenal, they helped us book a table at a restaurant and we could also leave our suitcases at their hotel when we were sleeping elsewhere for a few days between stays, but also able to access it anytime we wanted.

Everything was great but what made it exceptional was the staff, the customer service was beyond even the very high usual Japanese standards, well done!

Clean room and comfortable bed. Nice like home made breakfast. Good location, near Sapporo station. Clean and relaxing public bath.

The hotel is modern design very tastefully done. Excellent service and best location. View to TV tower. We liked the modern sound system with veynil records - and the vinyl records libry

breakfast was great, staff were super friendly and helpful, i love the hotel have washing machine with dryer so u don't have to bring dirty clothes back home.. location is very close to the bus terminal, subway.. also close to the main shopping street

Fantastic location with parking for 1500 yen a night right in the centre of town. Will stay again.

For Japanese standards the room was huge and had a great view, nice furniture and bed.

So convenient, close to everything. Luggage service is amazing and can leave there with a lock without extra charge. Could see the snow ! I’d stay here again for the location, cleanliness and amazing service.
