The staff were very helpful. They supported with our snowboard equipment to be sent back. They interacted very kindly and efficiently with all the customers from what I could see when I was checking in and getting luggage support.

Very good location. Located near JR station. Safe area and not too noisy. The hotel is new and well-maintained. Bathroom has separated wet and dry area. The room size is adequate rather spacious compared to typical Japanese hotels.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly! We stayed in Japan for a month and this was the best place we stayed in. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. You could use the lounge for free for an hour each day (drinks and snacks - including alcohol). It was easy to walk to public transport and attractions.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Always welcome and goodbye by smile.

Perfect location 1 min walk to Hosui Susukino station and 2 mins walk to nearest entry to Odori station. Hotel is right next to Tanukikoji shopping street. House keeping staff are super friendly and attentive. I’ve chosen the eco plan (no daily cleaning) but I was accommodated with a bag of fresh towels, tissue, bottled water etc

Location is the best. All facilities are very good with all information on the tv screen in the room. You will be informed the traffic at onsen and breakfast.

The staff was very accommodating. The room was spacious and very nice. The thermal bath was very appreciated and well taken care of !
