Location is excellent, so close to the airport hall but so quiet and peaceful. Very nicely designed, I have never experienced such a beautiful airport hotel. Good Spa/Onsen, good service from the staff, spacious rooms, again just excellent!

Stay in Chitose too.

Stay in Chitose too. It is really cute and offers plenty of shopping and restaurants. Everybody heads to Sapporo but Chitose has plenty to offer. There is also a huge Outlet Mall. Fantastic! But gets very busy during Japanese Holidays.

Chitose is just a small little place to spend a night or two...

Chitose is just a small little place to spend a night or two for international connecting flights &/ domestic flights . It is a pleasant little place to get away from the hustle & bustle of the city!

Chitose was just a stopover for us to get from Niseko back...

Chitose was just a stopover for us to get from Niseko back to our country. The airport has more than enough entertainment to occupy us. It gave us a chance to do some last minute souvenir shopping and also buy bento boxes to eat on the plane.

The only reason we stayed in Chitose was to take the bus up...

The only reason we stayed in Chitose was to take the bus up to Lake Shikotsuko. We didn't do any hiking, so a half day was plenty for this part. There aren't many dining options in Chitose if you are on foot (we traveled by train), and very little in the way of other attractions in town. It seems to be mainly a convenient place to stay after you fly in from the nearby airport.

It is inconvenient to check in, the heating is not warm...

It is inconvenient to check in, the heating is not warm enough, it is difficult for us to fall asleep at night. There is no restaurant nearby, and the transportation is inconvenient. I will not make a reservation next time.

This was our transit hotel as we had early flight the next day, and it's located next to the train station so it was convenient to get to the airport. There's laundry room, but no coin exchange machine, so you need to go to reception to get change. In the lobby theres'a an area where you can choose your pillows, ranging from soft to firm, with pillowcases, in case you don't like the pillows provided in the room. Breakfast was basic but filling, with 4 set choices, a small salad bar and microwave to warm up the bread.

This hotel is located really close to Chitose Station. Main reason we chose thise hotel was because of their free airport shuttle service as we had an early flight the next morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel for short stays or quick layover before heading to the airport.

In a little quiet area but near the train station. Small but large enough for 2 of us. They have a shuttle to airport - was able to catch our early morning flight. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
