Room - Great view to the airport. Very well cleanned and settled up in a very cozy feeling with Japanese style furnishing. Great level experience! Onzen - As an onzen in the airport, it is good enough. Recommend for sure but you cant compare it with a natural onzen for sure. Food - I had the breakfast there and the quality is great. Great service as well. Will be better if the seats can be more seperated with others. The top roof bar has great enviornment and very delicious food in delicated plating. Something Special - Arrived very late for the night and we were starving. The top bar showed that it is closed but the agent helped us get the food outside the operation time. Thanks!

We were there for one night ahead of flying home. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and great helping us organise a taxi to the airport the morning we needed to leave (we had large luggage + big ski bag so couldn't have just any taxi). Huge help with not knowing the language.

This place was great. First thing is that you need to read your emails. They will send you a code for the entrance door. It is locked, unless you have the code. You will need to either remember the code number or have internet access to get your code. Then you can go inside to foyer and recieve the rest of your access codes to access your room. We stayed only one night and chose here for location to airport. I wish we stayed longer. The biggest rooms for a family of 4. They had everything you need in the kitchen to cook from home. The locations was so easy to catch trains/ transport to airport. It is not a big town but many restaurants in walking distance. Thee Tiffin, a short walk (Indian cuisine) was delicious plus great service. Loved this place. I wish we had stayed longer. Would stay again. As I said read emails. Save them. Easy as to get into the place.

Stay in Chitose too.

Stay in Chitose too. It is really cute and offers plenty of shopping and restaurants. Everybody heads to Sapporo but Chitose has plenty to offer. There is also a huge Outlet Mall. Fantastic! But gets very busy during Japanese Holidays.

Chitose was just a stopover for us to get from Niseko back...

Chitose was just a stopover for us to get from Niseko back to our country. The airport has more than enough entertainment to occupy us. It gave us a chance to do some last minute souvenir shopping and also buy bento boxes to eat on the plane.

The only reason we stayed in Chitose was to take the bus up...

The only reason we stayed in Chitose was to take the bus up to Lake Shikotsuko. We didn't do any hiking, so a half day was plenty for this part. There aren't many dining options in Chitose if you are on foot (we traveled by train), and very little in the way of other attractions in town. It seems to be mainly a convenient place to stay after you fly in from the nearby airport.

It is inconvenient to check in, the heating is not warm...

It is inconvenient to check in, the heating is not warm enough, it is difficult for us to fall asleep at night. There is no restaurant nearby, and the transportation is inconvenient. I will not make a reservation next time.

Good business hotel steps away from Chitose train station and offering a free shuttle bus to the airport, which is a 15 minute drive away. The staff are friendly and helpful. Booked a single room, it was a good size with room for luggage. There is an izakaya attached to the hotel, the food is great.

Everything went well. I arrived by train from airport and the hotel could easily be found a short walk from the station. Check in fast and efficient. Room was small, typical for Japan, but ver warm, clean and comfortable. Shuttle service back to airport was first class.
