Condo Kiaraluna provides accommodation situated less than 1 km from the centre of Playa del Carmen and offers a rooftop pool and barbecue facilities. We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. Massimo was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and communicative, always making us feel comfortable reaching out with any questions. The apartment is within walking distance of the city center but located just outside the noisy areas, which was perfect. The bedroom featured a very comfortable bed and a ceiling fan, allowing us to keep the room cool at night without needing the air conditioning. The bathroom was excellent, with a spacious walk-in shower, and having a balcony was a great bonus. The entire space felt modern, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of room to relax. One small but noteworthy detail I appreciated was that the kitchen equipment had no lingering odors—something I’ve encountered in other accommodations. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place!

The host is very friendly and helpful, they are there 24/7 which makes your stay safe. Bed to beach distance is like 30m with plenty of facilities like sunbeds, pool, even lifevest and swimming googles. Beautiful views, sunset, NOBODY in the vicinity. In the house you have unlimited bottled water, fruits, coffee and everything you need. The house is older but very well maintained and clean. There are even wild, friendly animals which are not dangerous and don't cause any problems. And you can take a shower looking at part of the jungle, which is just behind the window.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Tulum. The place was spacious, spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well cared for. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the water pressure was strong with clean water, and everything worked perfectly. It felt peaceful and very safe, with a friendly and attentive security guard always present. The whole area was quiet and relaxing — ideal for resting. What made it even better was the location. Just around the corner there’s a pharmacy and a convenience store, and within walking distance, you’ll find great spots to eat or have dinner, some with live music and a vibrant yet laid-back vibe. The people were kind and welcoming everywhere we went. I would absolutely stay here again — highly recommended!
