We stayed 6 nights and stayed on the second floor. Everything was great, apartment, kitchen equipment, cleaning, the rooftop pool and of course our host Massimo. Located within 6.2 km of Tulum Archeological Site and 2.7 km of Tulum Bus station, Panacea Condo Tulum provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Tulum. Very nice pool, not too chlorinated. Beautiful courtyard to hang out in and catch sun rays. Appreciated being able to use a bicycle to ride down to the beach or downtown and also there are many scooter and quad rentals nearby. Area has many nice restaurants/cafes nearby and a huge and beautiful art/yoga/temezcal oriented space called Holistika which has an awesome art walk. Room was very good size with good kitchen. Staff was helpful and kind. Key code entrance is convenient.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Tulum. The place was spacious, spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well cared for. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the water pressure was strong with clean water, and everything worked perfectly. It felt peaceful and very safe, with a friendly and attentive security guard always present. The whole area was quiet and relaxing — ideal for resting. What made it even better was the location. Just around the corner there’s a pharmacy and a convenience store, and within walking distance, you’ll find great spots to eat or have dinner, some with live music and a vibrant yet laid-back vibe. The people were kind and welcoming everywhere we went. I would absolutely stay here again — highly recommended!

A recently renovated apartment located in the Zona Hotelera district of Cancún, Gran Suite Cancun - Beach Condo offers accommodation with with a private beach area, private parking and free WiFi. We liked the location of the apartment so close to the beach. We liked that the beach was supervised and that there were always free lounges on the beach and next to the pool. The apartment has everything you might need for a vacation. We took R-1 and R -2 buses to go to the supermarkets, many places around the Cancun hotel zone, and to the downtown. It was super easy. It was also easy to communicate with the host. We’ll definitely would like to come back.
