So I don't lose it. We rented several rooms in Pines suites because we are staying with other friends and families. Compared to their room, this is the best in terms of ambiance and set up. It looks very spacious. The vibes is very good. Really clean.

I had a great experience at this homestay. The owner was very accommodating and even accepted my late request, which I truly appreciated. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Location is also convenient—quiet but still close to Tagaytay spots.

Excellent service from Mary. Very helpful with everything and very easy to speak to. Communicates if there are any needs that you may need from her such as cleaning or additional appliances with no additional cost. Very helpful with locating the area as it was dark when I had arrived. Thank you again MARY. I will go to your place again on my next stay!

The unit was nicely decorated and had a lot of usable space. Lheny and her family provided excellent service throughout our stay. They were easy to talk to and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and hassle free as possible. I would definitely recommend a stay in their unit.

Comfortable beds and Internet is really fast which was super convenient for the fact that we’re travelling with kids. Besides that, there’s a convenient store (7/11) literally across the street which is great. On top of that the place is guarded 24/7 which makes you feel safe (not that you feel like it’s needed but still!). The welcome gifts (toothbrush sets, and loofahs) where a really nice touch including the local guide with some great info about getting around, places to eat near by etc!
