Its clean, there were some waters and stocked with all the essentials. I had given my estimated arrival time, and they had the AC on and the room was cool upon my arrival which was really appreciated. The 2 beds are both very comfortable and the pillows are fantastic. The curtain are thick so it stays pretty dark and the sunlight doesn't wake you up. It has lots of storage space which is rare. The bathroom was fully stocked with extra towels. The host has been incredibly accessible via messages. Its about 200-250 meter to the SM mall which is nice. There isn't a laundry there yet, but there is a service nearby that has pickup and drop off service which was very convenient. No complaints, highly recommend it.

This host spares no expense. 75" big screen is great. Location is a 5 minute walk to Festive Walk mall, McDonalds,and about 25 other good restaurants and a supermarket.

The owner was very accommodating, kind, and responsive to my messages. Check-in was smooth, and we received the key without any issues. The room was comfortable, clean, and actually exceeded my expectations. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again.
