Location was great as it was easy walking distance to the downtown area. And I loved the little courtyard where I had some quiet moments of reading before my family was up and about.

Exceptional stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommended! Our stay at Kevin’s House was absolutely wonderful! Kevin is an exceptionally nice and cooperative host — always quick to respond and ready to help with anything we needed. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. When we asked for a taxi, Kevin kindly arranged a spacious and comfortable car for us to Tirana Airport at a very competitive price. He even waited for us on arrival, despite our delay due to traffic — such great hospitality! The location is perfect — shops, restaurants, and cafés are all nearby, and the beach is just a few meters away with a beautiful walking path along the coast. We truly appreciated Kevin’s kindness and attention to detail. We highly recommend Kevin’s House to anyone visiting the area — you won’t be disappointed!

The host Aisha is the sweetest most helpful person I have ever met, whatever we needed she was ready to help with, even gave me painkillers when I felt sick. The location of the apartment is amazing as well, around 10 minutes walk from the center. We really liked the view from the apartment, and the garden with all the plants and trees is wonderful. I have never had the chance to cook on a balcony, but I really liked this experience.

The most beautiful villa I’ve ever seen! We had the best time, took beautiful pictures in every corner! Felt like going on a desert trip. Everything was super cute, had everything you might need. Definitely booking again.🙌🏻

Absolutely great host! Cosy home, with everything you may need. Close to the beach, cafes, shops

Perfect to stay with a group of friends or family. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 children. The host did their best to accommodate every request (they had even brought a crib for the babies even though we hadn't specifically requested) There is free parking, a garden and a huge patio. All the furniture seemed new and the kitchen was well equipped. If you want something close to the beach, but far from the noise and more private this villa is a great choice.
