Cottages in Munte

We visited in December; the property was warm, comfortable and decorated for Christmas. Munte is lovely small village not far from Gent, a most beautiful city.

Really lovely location if you’re looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway. The property was exceptionally clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect stay. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to return again.

Wonderful, large farm house with all the amenities you need. The house is a good mix of traditional and newly renovated rooms. Communication with Geertrui was always very smooth and she made us feel very welcome on arrival.

House interior was finished to a very high standard with everything provided to make an enjoyable and pleasant stay, free parking was avaliable and secure , the hosts was very friendly and helpful, outdoor eating area was fantastic shame weather was too cold to really use it

We had a fantastic stay here! It’s modern, spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen is perfect for group cooking and we loved relaxing in the private garden with the sauna and outdoor shower. We’ve experienced a lot of vacation houses and this is definitely one of the best!

Very large and comfortable property with plenty of space for a family group of 3 generations. Secure garden and plenty of communal space for dining inside or out. The photos don’t do the property justice. The property was exceptionally clean, with all equipment you’d expect. Easily accessible by car or train to Ghent and Brussels, with beach trips about an hour away. Several decent options to purchase food / drink locally for self catering.

Our stay was quick but the property was very nice, quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

Cycling weekend for the Tour of Flanders. A great self contained holiday home in a quiet location. Plenty of Cycle lanes and paths, about 40-50 mins to bike to Oudenaard for the event. Good layout and space for a couple +. All facilities and a wood burner to keep you warm. Place was spotless, tidy and had a nice modern farmhouse feel to it. Carine is an excellent host, very friendly and welcoming. The farm house eggs on Easter 🐣 Sunday were delicious.

Great location for our holiday

We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The entrance is majestic, and you’re greeted by a stunning villa—it looked just like the photos! We really appreciated the spaciousness, as well as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. We were a group of 11 girls. The amenities matched the listing and were very enjoyable. We’ll definitely keep this place in mind for future large gatherings (it can accommodate up to 15 people!).

A beautiful, well-equipped cottage in the country. Convenient parking and a bus stop on the road. Beautiful walks. It is an easy drive to Gent and Burghes.

Perfect cosy, warm and stylish studio apartment. A stove and garden views make it feel like a (better than) home from home, and elevate the experience over similar accommodation. Super quiet. A large, drive-in garage was a great-to-have and made managing outdoor kit easy. Bart and Nathalie make you feel at home and couldn't be more warm and helpful. A general food store just 350m away, and a couple of great restaurants in the neighbourhood made logistics enjoyable. 20min drive to Oudenaarde. All up - you don't have to ride Flanders, but if you do, this is the prefect base. ;)
