Atvykę jacuzzi vanduo jau buvo sušilęs! Erdvės daug, kambarių taip pat užteko 7 žmonėms(+2 vaikai). Geriamo vandens buvo užtektinai. Labai pasiteisino plančetė su vaizdo įrašais kaip ką naudoti. Prajuokino įvardintas patogumas "vaizdas į jūrą" nors kieme ant sienos buvo jūros plakatas.

Great apartment! Clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Wonderful pool and cozy outdoor area. Our host was very friendly and helpful. The house is only 5 minutes walk to the first two beautiful beaches, and if you want more, you can just walk along a path along the water on to the next ones (and enjoy the beautiful view along the way). We had rented a car, which is an advantage. The area is still upcoming and we enjoyed the quietness. A perfect match for our family. By car you can quickly drive to the more famous towns such as Protaras (15 min), but we actually liked the small beaches at Paralimni better than, for example, the famous Fig Tree Bay. We highly recommend Fotini Villas and will definitely like to rent the house again if we come back to Cyprus.

Wow! Where do I even start? I'm usually not one to write reviews, but our stay at Romeo & Juliet in Protaras was nothing short of amazing, and I just had to share. From the second we walked through the doors, we were greeted with the kind of warm, genuine hospitality that makes you feel like you are reconnecting with old friends rather than visiting a place for the first time. There was even a welcome basket filled with local goodies and a bottle of wine waiting for us—a thoughtful touch that made us feel instantly special. The villa is a stone's throw away from the most gorgeous beaches and delightful local spots, yet it's also secluded enough to give you a real sense of privacy. The decor inside? Imagine if a Pinterest board for 'Mediterranean Chic' came to life—absolutely stunning! And let's talk about the little things: the high-speed Wi-Fi that never failed us, the fully stocked kitchen that had everything we could possibly need, and not to forget, our awesome host, who not only offered invaluable local tips that took our trip to a whole new level but also went above and beyond to book a table for us on a busy Saturday August night at one of the most sought-after restaurants! I could go on forever! If you're considering a trip to Protaras, do yourself a favour and stay here. It’s a decision you won’t regret. See you next year, Maria and Romeo & Juliet! Just came back from my one week stay in this villa I have to say it is one of the best villas I've stayed in .The photos do not do it justice...Very modern, spacious,clean villa with nice views and everything you need, felt very comfortable and easily at home. Beautiful pool, shame we couldn't we couldn't use it much but purge our feet as it was too cold but it was also late December so not surprising, any other month and I'm sure it'd be excellent to swim in. Nice of Pavlos to come around the next day to make sure we were settled in, that everything was working and didn't need for nothing. Very welcoming and responsive. All and all, not a bad word to say about this villa...Can't wait to return.

The villa was excellent! The facilities were all new, working as expected, clean and everything that we had hoped for as we were traveling as a larger family for the first time with infants. The host was awesome! Nothing was too much trouble. He arranged to heat the pool, assisted with our transfer arrangements and was on hand for any questions we had, even unrelated to the property. Thanks so much. We will definitely be back based on this experience.
