Really impressed with the property. Photos didn't really do it justice. Was a little out of the way but we didn't mind this as we had a car to get around. Everything you could have needed was there. Good communication with the owner who was very helpful. Car parking wasn't a problem although we thought it might have been. You can either park in front of the church or the church car park a little further up. The owners had left information in a file including restaurants to visit. We had a great holiday despite the weather!

Much larger than expected, it felt cozy and welcoming, like being in a second home. The village is adorable, a real change of pace and time. The pub and the locals were amazingly friendly and the hosts, well, we all need a Garth in our lives!

This is quite a unique location in a C16 Elizabethan manor house with terraced gardens. Very dog friendly. Extensive gardens and very quiet yet close to shops in Tavistock, Horrabridge and Yelverton.
