Great location,in the center of Areopoli but very quiet in the same time.The room was fully equipped and decorated with attention to the detail.Nikoleta was friendly and very helpful during the check in process.There is free parking next to the rooms,which is very convenient.In general,we enjoyed our stay and we would love to come back!Extra point that the property is pet friendly!

Impeccable views and an absolute gem in the heart of Limeni Bay. Waking up to the breathtaking scenery and watching the sunset each evening was truly unforgettable. Before our stay, I had read reviews mentioning that not all rooms are equipped with air conditioning, so we were aware of this in advance. We were fortunate that the weather was mild enough for it not to be an issue. Of course, adding a few more air-conditioning units would make the property even better, but as long as guests know what to expect before booking, it's manageable. The staircase leading down to the water was also easier to use than some reviews had suggested. There is one missing step that could easily be repaired, but it didn't cause us any problems during our stay. Overall, this place is a true gem in one of the most beautiful bays in Greece. Despite the minor drawbacks, the location, views, and overall experience more than made up for them. For us, it was absolutely worth staying here, and we would happily return.

We will never forget Markella and her exceptional hospitality. We had a wonderful time thanks to her and her beautiful apartment. It is clean and spacious, featuring a comfortable bed and quiet air conditioning. Everything you could possibly need is provided. You can enjoy a delicious meal at the cozy restaurant next door, and the beach is within walking distance. Skoutari is a perfect base for exploring the Mani region. Just be sure to pick up groceries on your way, as there is no longer a small supermarket in Skoutari itself.

Good location and view if you are wanting a base to explore the Mani peninsula that is a little more quiet and remote. During our stay, there were guests above us which we shared the driveway with but still quite private. Comfortable enough stay with mostly adequate facilities, including a washing machine. Lovely terrace to eat dinner on and watch the sunset.
