As I rated this a perfect score, there is nothing much to say. I will stay here again if I go back to Iceland and perhaps there will be sauna. Joke but all was perfect.

Offering a private hot tub and sauna, this modern cottage is 15 km from Selfoss. The self-catering accommodation includes flat-screen TV, free WiFi and boasts views of Sog river.

The location is close to a lake/river not far from Selfoss. It’s about 500 meters from road 36. The cottage is complete, it had even a washing machine. the sauna and hottub are great. We arrived when a lot of roads were blocked due to the snow but the last local road was fine. You can easily make trips from here to see the West & South of Iceland. Our host Vala was very supportive and helpful. Great stay in very cozy furnished cottage.

Clean, modern and very quaint :) after spending some time in the city of Reykjavik, and travel all south we decided to finish our trip in a place that felt like it was farther away from everything, but I n reality it was very close to Selfoss and the attractions around the area, but it just felt peaceful.
