Clean and comfortable! Big room with a water kettle :) (not common in Italian hotel rooms). We took the Alilaguna water taxi (orange line, 18€ one way) directly from Venice airport to Ca' Rezzonico stop in Venice, from there it's an 8-minute walk to the hotel. You can leave your bag at the hotel luggage room before check-in and after check-out (we left our suitcases with the Dolomites hiking gear to the airport luggage storage - very good decision!). A small supermarket named Crai is 200 meters from the hotel - convenient to buy water, fruit etc (so we did not buy the 9€ breakfast from the hotel, that you can decide on the spot, e.g in the morning).
