Great place for a large family or two. Villa has everything you could want including an in house cook if required. If you want to explore the anti Atlas mountains south of Agadir it is a great location. Also relatively close to more private beaches. It is best to have a hire car if you want to explore.The roads into the mountains are all tarmac.

The host met us at the property and handed over the keys. Fairly straightforward process. Villa is in a very good location, local super market and good restaurants are all nearby. Villa is decent but it has seen good days, 3 rooms has air conditioning where for the 4th one provided fan. Water pressure is low so one person can shower at one time on a low pressure. Some of the taps are broken but working. Air con are good and sufficient for Cooling. Host was very co-operative and provided everything needed. We enjoyed our stay in April kids holidays, really like the area it is close to beach (by car) and supermarket
