The house is just few meters from the Sevan lake, so there is a beautiful view from the windows. There is a kitchen in the hous with some dishes, so you can cook. The heating worked well (there was 2 Celsius degrees outside).

The villa we booked was well equipped with everything we needed, so we could even cook. It was easy to find and it is so close to the beach. The host is really friendly and helpful.
