We arrived as two traveling friends. Excellent location, 10 minutes walk to the border triangle. The room is clean and well equipped. The landlady (who speaks excellent English) was very nice, available and efficient. We didn't have WiFi at night and early in the morning, but I guess if we had contacted the landlady she would have helped us.
