This property and caretaker David just were above and beyond what we could have hoped for! What a beautiful house with all the amenities just minutes from town. Howler monkeys and plenty of birds made every morning memorable. I have never seen such detail and thought go into the decor and feel of each room. We felt at home here and will be back.

The location was great, very easy to get to local restaurants and shops, and also very handy for the Mayan attractions nearby. The cost was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, comfortable with helpful staff who met us when we arrived. Albert was full of ideas from where to look for toucan to how to get to the nearby waterfall. Good spot to explore Cahal Pech and Xunantunich, as well as San Antonio to the south with its butterfly ranch, women's collective for crafted gifts to take home, and Ox Mul coffee. Cristo Rey a quiet town with a good restaurant, Carms. Highly recommend!

Beautiful views and SO much to do!! The host were amazing and friendly! They helped us set up rides/taxis between destinations. All our needs were met promptly and our stay was 11/10. We will be coming back and staying in the new villas that the hosts are building. 1000000% recommend.

Located in San Ignacio and only 5.8 km from Cahal Pech, Villa Massis Luxury Villas provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Beautiful hotel in lovely surroundings. Staff are excellent. The place is very clean. We saw lots of birds, howler monkeys and a night monkey. San Ignacio is 10 minutes taxi ride and worth going for a wonder and some nice food. We found two fantastic restaurants The Burnz and Crave House of Flavour. Also took a trip to Xunantunich Mayan site which is excellent and worth a visit. You don’t need to go on a trip just book a taxi in town, much more affordable. Larry the host provided very good service. We lost some glasses on the transfer he arranged from Mexico and Larry contacted the taxi company and had the glasses posted to our hotel in Mexico which is an excellent service.

Situated just 20 km from Barton Creek Cave, Kane Villas - Mountain Pine Ridge provides accommodation in San Ignacio with access to pool with a view, a garden, as well as full-day security. It was so nice to have our own little villa in the rainforest. The area felt so secluded but also very clean and safe. We also had trails to a waterfall and cave towards the back of the property which was great for exploring when we didn’t feel like driving. The room was well stocked and we had everything we needed for our stay. We were really impressed by how well the screens kept the bugs out and we loved laying in the hammock in the screened in porch. It was a bit cold to swim in the pool but we liked heading there in the evenings to relax and enjoy the evening. It was also wonderful to use the grill by the pool and super easy.
