The hospitality went above and beyond, including a history of the building and it's restoration and a map of the town and area. Perfect location for exploring not just Llarena but surrounding area as well. Highly recommended.

This simple pension turned out to be one of the most comfortable accommodations of our three-week trip. We slept sooo well, the beds were very comfortable and the small town so peaceful and quiet. The shared kitchen/living space was spacious, well equipped and practical. The owner and her husband also found a taxi big enough for the six of us and made sure the driver understood which route to take so we could to be dropped off on the Camino on his way to deliver our luggage. There is very little commerce in this small town so you’ll want to take advantage of the owner’s small food store below the accommodation-check the hours before your arrival. She has the basics covered if you want to eat in. For a splurge dinner, reserve a table at the Roman restaurant around the corner. For breakfast, the bar across the way is quite popular and serves a traditional Spanish breakfast. Thank you for a great stay!

Casa Iulia Emérita Parking Gratis está en Mérida y ofrece alojamiento con patio y wifi gratis. The house is beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and very spacious. The street was very quiet and the internal courtyard made a pleasant place for sitting out. It was a short walk to several of the Roman sites and the Plaza mayor. The hosts were very friendly and communication was quick and easy.

The staff very friendly & helpful - comfortable bed, nice shower, clean, with delicious breakfasts & dinners! We enjoyed chatting with guests walking the trail from Holland, Australia, & Scotland. We very much enjoyed our day trip to beautiful Trujillo & Guadalupe!
