Gorgeous, eclectic and quirky, 3 words I could use to describe O forno de Catuxa but they wouldn’t do it justice. Very original and beautifully thought out property and grounds. My room was delightful and luxurious in every way. The hosts were super obliging and very friendly, breakfast was lovely, would not hesitate to stay again.

Casa da Torre is a fantastic place right on the Camino with a warm and hearthy host! The property is impeccable and I truly enjoyed the homemade dinner and breakfast by Mary. What a warm and wonderful woman! If I could give 100 points I would. Bonus points: there is a huge bathtub to relax and unwind after the day of walking.

Maria went out of her way to make it as comfortable as possible. There were fruits, snacks, and drinks to choose from. The apartment is immaculate. It was very cold and wet, and the lovely fireplace warmed us up quickly. The apartment is a bit out of the way, but a quick walk to the town centre, and you will be close to all the shops and restaurants.
