I wish we could have stayed longer. 100% recommend. Hopefully we can go back in the future.

Ci siamo fermati a Martvili solo un giorno e una notte e avevamo scelto l'albergo un po' all'ultimo momento e senza grandi aspettative. Ci siamo invece trovati in un luogo di vacanza davvero piacevole. La zona è verdissima, e perfetta per le passeggiate tra i boschi. la struttura si trova dietro una fattoria ed è immersa nel verde, con cani e gatti che giocano in mezzo ai bambini. Un breve sentiero (tre minuti) conduce direttamente a un'ansa balneabile del fiume dove si può nuotare nell'acqua fresca e limpida. Le stanze sono accoglienti e la terrazza in legno accanto agli spazi per i pasti ha un bellissimo panorama. Il ristorante interno offre una cucina casalinga buona e abbondante (attenzione la colazione non è inclusa, è buonissima e ricca di piatti diversi, ma non economica, prendetela se avete davvero fame, altrimenti non conviene)

We stay here for 2 nights. We can say that it is worth coming to Mestia and staying here! The view in front of the chalet is superb! River, mountain, blue sky, and bridge are just one step out of the living room. Rooms are clean and comfy. The owner and father are helpful and kind. Thank you so much for helping us during the stay. Town can be reach by the stairs next to the chalet. It is very convenient. It is quite muddy on the road, which entries the chalet. If comes here by 4WD, there will be no problem.

The cottage is ideally situated just outside Martvili Canyon, allowing you to arrive early and enjoy the area before the crowds. Of all the cottages we stayed in, this was the most spacious — featuring a large living area and roomy bedrooms that comfortably accommodate up to five people. The hosts were exceptionally helpful and responsive to any request. The cottage is brand new and fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay.

The cottage is impressively spacious, with enough room for two families with kids, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The hosts also offer delicious home-cooked meals at very fair prices, made by a local grandmother. My wife literally had tears in her eyes when she tasted the homemade meat blintzes on our first day; she said it reminded her of her childhood home cooking. Outside, the yard is full of great spots: a shaded sitting area under a fruit tree, two hammocks, a swing perched on the cliff edge (perfect for photos), and a firepit to warm up on cool nights. A supermarket is just a 10-minute drive away for basic supplies.
