The apartment was very well equipped and included much more than what we would have expected (first aid kit with everything you might need, well-sticked kitchen, condiments (oil, tea, coffee, etc.). Two air conditioning units, TV, kitchen appliances also good quality and easy to use. Lovely location (5 minutes walk to beautiful cove for swimming, mini market for provisions and good restaurants). The sofa bed was very handy as there were four of us (hence great value!), but for obvious reasons, the main bed was more comfortable, but perfectly fulfilled our needs for our brief stay. Excellent value for money, would highly recommend.

Spotless cleaning. Well equipped and beautifully decorated. Very good layout and space ergonomics. The outdoor facilities are very well taken care of too. -Excellent value for money ratio, stayed during shoulder season (mid September). -Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent communication. I will definitely be back in the near future :)

The property is super clean, very peaceful, modern, calm, the energy is so calming and I’ve had so much rest since staying here. I loved it that much that I even stayed for an extra night. I felt very safe and looked after, the breakfast & dinner was delicious and there was so much food! Fresh local jams, fresh local meat lots of fresh fruits! Also I walked every morning in the vineyards and the hills was perfect 🤩 you must visit! Especially if you need peace and quiet - it’s the perfect getaway if you really value quiet and being in nature but in a more luxurious but understated & humble setting. Thank you George & Team 🤗

Perfect location, directly on the beach. Very hospitable landlady, totally dedicated to the convenience of tenants. House has a beautiful seaview. The hosue is very close to the small super market - next door to it. 20 minutes walk to the real down town. The house also have a parking place. I recommend to be rent it for not more than 4 ppl for maximum comfrot. Highly recommend it.

This property was absolutely perfect! View of the ocean, private pool, beautiful inside and out and the host was wonderful! Helped with restaurants in the area (all fantastic) and he was so accommodating to meet every need. Highly recommend!!

Very, very clean villa and surroundings. Very well equipped kitchen. Big rooms and bathrooms. Parking lot. Chill area. Beautiful decor. Great pool. Anything you need, you can find in this gorgeous villa, from iron, to washing machine, dish washer, oven, and so on. Indeed luxury villas, perfect for long stays. It is close to shops and restaurants, Chania Centre and airport.

Melanie and her Husband were really nice and the place looked great! The garden was cute and we had a lot of space there. The outdoor shower was very romantic. We also saw shooting stars one night lying on the outdoor couch. It was an amazing experience. We will definitely visit again if we come back to crete.

First time in Crete! 😊 We were looking for a cozy and beautiful place with a pool (because it's important for the kids), close to the beach, with delicious food in cafes, and a lovely town. We found all of that in Kissamos. But we believe that the biggest credit for our perfect vacation goes to Limosa Luxury Apartments and Christopher. From the beginning to the end of our trip, we felt his sincere care and assistance (we stayed for 7 days). We arrived late, so transportation from the airport was organized. Christopher greeted us, showed us everything and even made a restaurant reservation for our late dinner. There was also food in the fridge for our first breakfast, coffee capsules, and more. Everything was prepared for a lovely first morning. The apartments were beautifully, comfortably, and modernly furnished. There was a washing machine and a dishwasher. We even had 3 showers and 3 terraces! 😊 Always impeccable cleanliness, towels, and bedding were changed. When we arrived, we had a plan of what to see/visit, and all our friends strongly encouraged us to rent a car for the whole week and go somewhere every day. We are glad that with Christopher's help, we found the golden middle ground - we saw, traveled, and rested 😊 We went to Chania by city express bus, a 45-minute trip. The next day, we rented a car and went to Falassarna. A short trip, and you arrive right at the beach. The color of the water was like the Caribbean Sea! On our way back, we stopped at a family restaurant by the sea, recommended by Christopher, which has been operating since 1976. It was a cozy, beautiful, and delicious place. Of course, we had to see Balos Lagoon. We asked for advice and went on a private boat with the best captain, Mikael. We visited the fantastic Gramvousa Island and Balos Lagoon. We definitely do not recommend going there by car. Kissamos town itself is cozy, with its small old town. We are very happy that we had such amazing holidays.
