The building is crafted and maintained to an exceptional standard—it's hard to imagine how such meticulous attention to detail is even possible. Its location is simply flawless, with stunning views overlooking the inlet to Ios harbour. Just a short drive away are some of the island’s best restaurants and beaches, making it the perfect balance of privacy and accessibility. The hosts were fantastic—warm, welcoming, and always available, yet respectfully discreet. It’s not cheap, but that’s the price of exclusivity. A rare gem. Worth every penny for what truly feels like a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

We’ve stayed here for 2 summers now and it’s been brilliant both times. The room is clean, spacious and right on the beach. The location couldn’t be any better… just a short walk into the town and just down the road from the port and where the bus stops. The hosts are a lovely, welcoming and very friendly family who couldn’t be any more helpful! We will definitely be retuning.

Giulia met us after organising us a pickup at the port. What a beautiful Villa. We explored the area during the day with recommendations Giulia gave us. Bought fresh produce for our evening meals and watched the sunset and swam in the gorgeous pool with the spectacular views. Thankyou Giulia and we will see you and your boyfriend at our next Greek adventures.

The interior is nicely designed, clean and well-mainteined. Should you prefer spending a few days in a charming, uninterrupted environment, do not miss this place. Warm welcome both from the owners on arrival and by the gorgeous sunrise every morning. Great restaurant and a nice beach (Psathi) in walking distance. Coming to Ios, we would chose the Anthoula's House again without any further thinking.
