My friend and I had a great time. The owners of the studios are very friendly and attentive, they will recommend good places nearby with delicious food for different budgets. The place is clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere both on the grounds and in the room feels like home. There is a beach close by, but it is small, so if you have a car, I recommend exploring the island and visiting the beautiful beaches you can reach by boat.

An excellent restaurant, The Halfway House, is also across the road. The accommodation and service are 5-star and Angeliki and her team ensure that everyone’s stay is thoroughly enjoyed. Just 100 metres from the famous Gerakas Beach, the traditionally-built Porto Gerakas Villas offers self-catering accommodation with balconies amidst its blossomed garden. The stay was absolutely fantastic. The house was very clean, fully furnished and the staff was awesome. We were provided with a parasol and beach towels too. Location is very good, quiet, with several tavernas around and only 5min to the beach. There is also an on-site parking available. A wee local shop with basic groceries, drinks and souvenirs is also nearby, on the way to the beach. Definitely will be coming back!
