Neat and nicely equipped. We were greeted wit homemade food in the fridge, while the kitchen is equipped with everything you may need + there were enough groceries to prepare decent meal. The batroom has a lot of hygiene items and all the other things you night forget while traveling. The village is small and quite (except hen and donkey), and from there you can walk towards lake Visovac and enjoy the view. A perfect place to start exploring the area, especially if you have bikes. Just take into account that the signal is nit very good and the internet is quite slow, but who needs that when you have all those beautiful places nearby!

The owner went above and beyond — he picked us up from the airport, dropped us off at the end, helped with our luggage, and even kept our bags after check-out so we could enjoy our last day stress-free. He shared so many great tips for what to see and eat, both in Kaštela and in other cities nearby. We visited Hvar, Trogir, Split, and Krka Waterfalls, but the beach right next to our villa was actually the clearest and calmest of them all. Kaštela itself is such a peaceful town — perfect for relaxing after day trips. When I was bitten by a jellyfish, the owner immediately brought a cream to help, and when we spilled some coffee, he was completely understanding. The villa is also very well-equipped — you can find everything you need for washing, drying, and ironing. He even treated us to our first drinks at a local bar on our first evening — such a kind gesture! A few great tips from our trip: 🍦 In Hvar, try the homemade gelato at Sweet Republic Hvar — it’s amazing! 🍷 In Primošten, don’t miss Gracin winery for great local wine, and Slastičarna Nautika for delicious ice cream. 🌿 And definitely visit Krka Waterfalls — it’s absolutely worth it! We felt truly welcomed and cared for here. I can’t recommend this place enough — we’d love to come back someday!

The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need (apart from toiletries but we weren't expecting any). There is a little terrace, which is wonderful to relax or eat outdoors. The host is extremely friendly and helpful.

The views are amazing. The pictures don’t do them any justice. The service was just outstanding. Just send a message to the staff and they take care of it. We often felt the service was better than most five star hotels.

We were on the first floor so had an actual little yard with the hot tub a terrace tables and chairs. Our host served us breakfast in the morning on our terrace

He provided almost everything just to feel at home. I ate meat and free wine, though i don’t drink 😃. My children and i really felt at home. Have i mentioned the woman who cook at the restaurant?oh ! she was so kind with us ,her cooking skills deserve a standing ovation 👍😁and she was always there to help us out with any little thing. I already have a place to stay anytime am in Vlika no need to search for another apartment apart from this property. I would also like to appreciate all the guests who we met there and the host friends that came during our stay “ you guys are the real VIP.
