Really truly beautiful place. A wonderful garden with the volcano looming in the background, all seen from the veranda where we had a good dinner (be sure to order ahead of time) and breakfast. The pool to the side of the house was, as the rest of the place, well-maintained and we enjoyed using it. Rooms were large and accommodating, and the ceiling fan worked well. Peter and his staff were excellent and attentive hosts, and they arranged for his to see the nearby former plantation.

It was large, with a giant comfy bed and the bathroom was also big, with a gorgeous stoned floored shower. The shower was nice and hot - easily the best shower I’ve had in all of Indonesia. Nice and clean as they are new - only been open a month. It was set in a gorgeous area, with lush garden on the property. Where you have breakfast, is on the rooftop, which has an amazing view of the volcano. The free breakfast was delicious. There are a few choices - banana pancakes, scrambled eggs etc and I’ll be thinking about the home made ice tea for a long time!!. It wasn’t too far from the main tourist attractions, you could walk if you wanted. The owner is so lovely and helpful. I messaged with a few questions before my stay and he was so helpful. We hired a bike from him to explore the area and he also organised a very reasonably priced and lovely driver to take us to Malang.

We requested for extra bed cover and they deliver it to us shortly. Totally recommended!
