We would like to thank Francesca very much for her warm welcome. We felt like we were visiting relatives. The hostess baked us a cake to enjoy with our coffee. The apartment is in a very convenient location - just 5 minutes walk to the city center and 10 minutes by car to the airport. We parked our car in Francesca's closed yard. It is very safe and convenient. The apartment is modernly furnished. There is everything to make you feel at home away from home. The hostess had prepared drinks and snacks for us. We regret that we only spent one night here. It is worth noting that the apartment has a ventilation system, which was not available in other places we stayed during our 2-week trip in Italy. We will definitely return to Pescara and definitely stay at Francesca's place.

Absolutely stunning location and the views from the apartment are unreal. Antonio is the sweetest host ever! He showed me how to use a Moka, gave me a ride to and from the station, carried my luggage, and told me all about the area. I was able to do laundry with no issue and the apartment was really comprehensively (and beautifully) furnished. I could have easily bought some groceries and stayed there for a full week or two and not missed anything. Sulmona isn't super big so I'd highly recommend visiting nearby towns. The buses aren't too hard to figure out but driving may give you some more flexibility with timing. Would recommend learning some Italian since this is a less touristic area. The breakfast is prepackaged pastries/toasts and jelly. There's coffee and tea as well. I had a pretty short stay so it was fine for me since they were pretty yummy. There were pots and pans though, so you could make something else very easily. This place very quickly felt like home!

Contando con vistas al mar, casa murata alta cuenta con hospedaje con un balcón y tetera, y se ubica aproximadamente a 11 km de San Giovanni in Venere Abbey. It was really easy to change the check-in time as we we're traveling from far by car. The rooms were really nice and the host was really friendly, despite of the fact that we staid only one night.
