We spent two peaceful autumn days here and really enjoyed our stay. The area around Bologna is calm and full of charm - golden leaves, fresh air, and absolute silence. The B&B is located in a small, quiet town - perfect if you’re visiting Bologna by car (only 20–30 minutes away). The building feels new and well cared for. Everything in the room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The high wooden ceilings give it a special cozy character that makes the place feel both elegant and warm at the same time. Breakfast was nice and varied enough, and since we were the only guests during our stay, it felt very private and relaxing. The only small thing we missed was having mosquito nets on the windows - the air is so fresh that you just want to open them wide! Overall, it’s a lovely, peaceful place to rest and recharge. We wish the hosts continued success and hope to come back one day.

Very nice and welcoming host. Clean, beautifully decorated structure. Excellent breakfast with fresh and local products. Coffee/tea available to guests all day. Parking right next to the building and in a private area. A dream place for dogs.

Wonderful host, Valentina. She went out of her way to mske our stay a comfortable one. She showed us around the vineyard, which added much to our appeciation of this area. The wines and food were magnificent. The room is clean, comfortable and convenient.

What can I say? Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. Chiara our host went above and beyond our expectations welcoming us like family. Our bedroom was exceptionally clean and well appointed with underground heating! The rural setting is divine as is Chiara's homemade cooking using many ingredients from their land or sourced locally. We cannot speak highly enough of our stay and so far it has been our favourite place to visit after travelling two weeks in Italy. The village is rustic and rural and the town of Berceto offers genuine Italian life. We did not want to leave this magical place both Chiara and her husband Davide have worked hard to create. 100 out of 10!
