The views overlooking the ocean, town of Forio, and mountain ranges are stunning. The property is newly renovated, very tasteful and simple, very clean and comfortable. The management Umberto/Gianna and staff Christian were very helpful and attentive as well. The property sits on a high hill overlooking Forio. We stayed for 3 nights and rented a car for the duration of our stay. While there is a beach and a couple of restaurants on the beach in walking distance from the property I highly recommend having a car here to explore the island of Ischia and commute to and from restaurants and activities, otherwise it might feel somewhat isolated.

The location was lovely. The owner is very responsive and helpful. we would love to go back there someday.

Location is perfect, a few minutes from the port and town centre. Amazing sea view. Two swimming pools and beautiful garden allows you to relax in the shadow when you're tired of the sun. Paola was so nice, gave us good advice what to see, where to go, to eat, etc. One of my best vacations) will definitely try to return again as soon as possible.

La Casa di Tina erbjuder en trädgård och utsikt över trädgården och ligger i Ischia, en kort bit från Maronti strand och 3,6 km från Sorgeto Hot Spring Bay. Pasquale was amazing, very nice and welcoming. Always ready to pick up a call and help with everything we needed. Him and his wife Tina made sure we had the best time while being their neighbors. There is everything you might need in the appartment. We asked for some extra sheets and Pasquale had them ready once we arrived. He also had some water, simple breakfast and pasta and pomodorro to cook ready as we arrived to the appartment late. And also some fresh figs. They thought of everything. For our last day they let us store our bags in their house, which is just next door. The apartment is in an amazing location. Only 5 min by walk to the beach and less than 10 min to get back. With a very pictoresque view. To the Sant Angelo little town with restautants and shops it takes about 5 min on foot or you can use electric car taxis. But we never needed them. Thank you Pasquale and Tina for a wonderful stay and we hope to see you again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at this property and only wish we could have stayed longer! The house itself is beautiful, spacious, well-kept, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The garden was especially beautiful, a perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The location couldn’t be better, just a very short walk to the beach and Poseidon thermal park, with plenty of restaurants nearby offering a wide range of choices. It was also very easy to get around thanks to convenient bus connections to many points of the island. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful, always quick to answer messages and questions and making sure we felt welcome throughout our stay. It was an excellent experience and I would happily return!
